Service Description

A full landscape design service beginning with a one-hour, no obligation consultation. Once we have determined the status of "go" or "no go" a design fee proposal will be provided with lump sum or hourly rates for the service depending upon scope and shared vision for the project. Design services include the presentation of all preliminary concepts, up to two design revisions, and a final design for bid submission including construction documents and details as necessary. Permit and full construction detailing can be provided as needed for an additional fee. Construction management and oversight is also available.
